Dwayne was the first pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he was ordained in 2007. He is also a member of the board of the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director of Pastoral Care for the network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne has a passion for developing the new generation of Biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of many online articles, and also a contributor in Christ-Centered biblical counseling: Changing lives with God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars).
